I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?

If you no longer see an item that was once available, you can contact Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service by phone or email to see if it will be available again in the future.

 

 

How can I be sure that my order has been processed?

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service by phone or email.

 

 

Can I remove items from my order?

Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting the Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service by phone or email to receive more information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact Chic Designs by Yvette by phone or email to cancel your order.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged/ incorrect item?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Chic Designs by Yvette by phone or email within 30 days of invoice date.    Please include the original Packing Slip with your return, and note the specific defect or error.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

New York residents, 7.3% sales tax will be added to your order. Customers from other states are required to pay sales tax according to their individual state’s tax requirements.

 

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

No. Orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses.

 

 

How long do I have to return an item?

If you're not happy with your merchandise you can return most purchases for a (credit) refund or exchange. You must arrange for a (credit) refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted Chic Design by Yvette Customer Service by phone or email and have received instructions.

Please Note:  Earrings are not returnable due to health considerations. Custom designed items are not returnable unless an error is made by the designer. Remember that in many cases items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged for the same item, however, you may exchange for a different item.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?

Once a return has been received your refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days.

 

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

If there are any discrepancies with your refund amount, please contact Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service by phone or email for more information.

 

 

Does Chic Designs by Yvette have a repair policy?

For inquiries regarding our repair policy please contact our Chic Designs by Yvette Customer Service by email.

Please Note: Not all Chic Designs by Yvette merchandise can be repaired
