RETURN POLICY
If you're not happy with your merchandise you can return most purchases for a (credit) refund or exchange. You must arrange for a (credit) refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted Chic Design by Yvette and have received instructions.
Earrings are not returnable due to health considerations. Custom designed items are not returnable unless an error is made by the designer. Remember that in many cases items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged for the same item, however, you may exchange for a different item.
If you have paid by PayPal, you can only receive a refund to the same PayPal account that you used to place the order. If you have paid by credit card, you can only receive a refund to the same credit card you used to place the order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Chic Designs by Yvette and the order's original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed when item is received by Chic Designs by Yvette in the same condition in which it was received. We reserve the right to reject inspection, we determine that it has not been returned to us in the condition that we shipped to you.
We recommend that you insure your return package. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation; as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost merchandise that occurs in transit to Chic Designs by Yvette.
